We are excited to announce the awards Idea Grove received in 2015 for the various projects we have created for our clients. Our passion and creativity is what drives us to create excellent work for our clients. Our success is because of our integrated approach to delivering thoughtful ideas, engaging content and compelling stories to our clients and their audiences.
PRSA Pegasus Awards
Awarded by the Dallas chapter of Public Relations Society of America, the Pegasus Award recognizes outstanding public relations and strategic communications in the Dallas area. In 2015, Idea Grove received two Pegasus Awards as a finalist in two separate categories.
The first award was bestowed for our work in media relations in B2B companies – a field we like to consider ourselves to be experts in. The nomination is on behalf of our work for ShopSavvy, a leader in the shopping application industry. ShopSavvy was looking to gain more media coverage during the Christmas shopping season. Idea Grove’s team delivered a thoughtful strategy on the analysis of the data from ShopSavvy’s app. The results led us to securing mentions from The Washington Post, Associated Press, Forbes and CNNMoney and hundreds of hits from local broadcasting stations.
The second award was given for our work in video production. The nomination is due to the video that Idea Grove developed for Conexlink, a Dallas startup that developed MyCloudIT, which helps IT companies automate the process of moving their clients’ networks to the cloud. Idea Grove delivered a whiteboard video that has received over 600 views on YouTube and has been used by Conexlink as its primary marketing piece.
Davey Awards
The Davey Awards honors the best in web, design, video, advertising, mobile and social from small agencies worldwide. At the 2015 Davey Awards, Idea Grove took home two silver awards.
Both awards were received on behalf of the content creation and graphic design of infographics for RiseSmart, a leader in the HR and outplacement industry. Becker’s Hospital Review picked up the infographic that asks, "Is Your Benefits Plan Overdue for a Check-up?" The graphic design award was received for the work on this project. The content award was on behalf of the "Severance Disconnect infographic," which was used as a tool to help promote the study on severance plans offered to employees.
Summit Marketing Effectiveness Awards
The Summit Marketing Effectiveness Award recognizes and rewards companies for innovative and leading creative work that uses strategy and results-based effectiveness to create solutions in today's marketplace.
We were awarded silver in the Business to Business-Collateral Materials category. We created a campaign that focused around marketing collateral for our client Paranet Solutions. Our goal was to introduce a new ‘look and feel’ for Paranet’s marketing materials. Paranet suddenly had at their disposal 11 collateral pieces that were sleek, professional and consistent. We re-branded the marketing materials and ultimately matched the brand to the respectability of the solutions they have to offer.
