Our relationships with social media have no doubt changed during the current COVID-19 crisis. I know that I'm using it differently now. I'm watching more Instagram stories. I'm finding myself replying more often to people I follow on Twitter. I'm even interacting with people on Facebook and LinkedIn, things I almost never did before. This is creating an opportunity for B2B brands.
